Is the Entry plan really free?

Yes! The Entry plan is free forever. You get a public profile, marketplace visibility, accept booking requests, message clients, create events and run your business. When you want a verified badge, marketplace boost, reviews and video calls, upgrade to Pro.

How do bookings work?

Clients find you through the marketplace or your public profile link and submit a booking request. You receive an email and push notification, then accept or decline. When accepting, you set your price. The client confirms and the booking is locked in.

What is the Client Hub?

A CRM made for DJs, included in Pro. Every client gets a card with their phase, appointments, notes, follow-ups and a payment tracker showing the deposit and what is left. Booking requests sync in with one click, and appointments show up on your calendar.

Do clients need to create an account?

No. Clients book through your public page without creating an account. They receive a private link to track their booking status, message you, and leave a review after the event.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, cancel anytime from your billing page. Your profile stays active until the end of your billing period. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees.

Does GetYourDJ take a commission from my bookings?

No. You keep 100% of your booking fees. We only charge a flat monthly or annual subscription. Payments between you and your clients happen directly — we never take a cut.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes! The GetYourDJ app is available for iOS and Android. Get push notifications for new bookings, messages, and reviews. Manage everything from your phone.
